2008年4月22日，應(yīng)比利時(shí)Magotteaux International S/A公司和美國(guó)田納西州富蘭克林市Magotteaux, Inc 的申請(qǐng)，美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)對(duì)復(fù)合材料制磨損零件及同類產(chǎn)品啟動(dòng)337調(diào)查。涉案產(chǎn)品主要用于機(jī)器設(shè)備以便研磨、碾壓和運(yùn)送研磨原料。
美國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)確定的涉案企業(yè)包括：（1）AIA Engineering Limited of India；（2）Vega Industries of Brentwood, TN；（3）F.A.R. Fonderie Acciaierie Roiale S.p.A. of Italy。
