預脫漿爐（電子級玻璃纖維布預脫漿生產線）
Pre desizing furnace (pre desizing production line)
采用熱處理法去除浸潤劑（淀粉型），將玻璃纖維布上的浸潤劑、漿料在一定溫度、一定時間內使其分解炭化和去除。處理后的玻璃纖維布的外觀是茶褐色，仍保存浸潤劑殘留量為0.2-0.4%，保留強度為70%。為了達到浸潤劑少而又有較高的保留強度，還必須再處理，進入分批熱處理階段（燜燒爐）。
Heat treatment method of removing infiltration agent (starch) is used to  breakdown and removal Glass fiber mat of the infiltration agent and sizing agent in a certain temperature and a certain period of time.The appearance colour of the glass fiber cloth after processing is dark brown , but it also preserves 0.2-0.4% of infiltration agent residues and its retained strength is 70%.It must be disposaled again that enters partial heat treatment phase(burning furnace) for reducing sizing and improving the retention strength.
