圓形逆流式玻璃鋼冷卻塔采用逆流式氣熱交換技術，填料采用優質的改性聚氯 乙波片，以擴散淋水面積；通過旋轉布水方式，實現布水均勻，增強冷卻效果。我廠曾對本系列產品的外形設計作過局部改進，使其更加運行可靠、耐用、裝配方便.

結構特征

（1）塔體：型線合理，氣流平穩，材質優良，色彩鮮艷，表面膠衣樹脂內含有抗紫外線劑，耐老化，強度高，重量輕，耐腐蝕。下塔體按訂貨要求，可配有溢水、排污、自動給水管，可由此處直接吸水，省去冷卻池，上面裝有防噪消聲墊，有效降低了滴水聲。

（2）填料：采用改性聚氯乙烯波片，橫向增加了凸筋，水的再分配能力強，阻力小，熱力性能好，耐高溫70度、低溫-50度，阻燃性好。

（3）旋轉布水器及布水管：裝有不銹鋼球軸承，運轉靈活可靠，水頭低，布水均勻，采用鋁合金或玻璃鋼制成的布水管，管上安裝收水板，克服了飄水現象。

（4）風機：由清華大學工程力學系根據系列冷卻塔參數設計的低噪聲、高效率風機，鋁合金板翼型或玻璃鋼葉片、噪聲小、效率高。

（5）電機：由清華大學電機系在Y型系列安裝尺寸的基礎上，為冷卻塔設計的低噪聲節能電機、密封防水性能好、耐高溫、效率高、噪聲小。

（6）減速裝置：采用了滌綸纖維增強氯丁橡膠動力帶傳動，耐高溫、效率高，遇水不伸展，克服了打滑現象，噪聲很小。

（7）吸聲設施：超低噪聲型冷卻塔在進風口外增加了帶吸聲材料的屏蔽，并在上下兩部裝有吸聲柵，以達到大的降噪效果。在上塔體出風口安裝了帶吸聲材料的喇叭口屏蔽及吸聲柵，降低了風機及電機傳出來的噪聲。

（8）進風窗：裝有玻璃鋼百葉片，減少飄水，氣流阻力小，特別適合北方地區及全年都需要使用冷卻塔的單位。

（9）支架：所有風機、填料、進風窗、塔體等處鋼支架為裝配式，鍍鋅或涂漆防腐。緊固件都采用鍍鋅或不銹鋼螺栓。

使用說明：

1.不應安裝在四周有外墻或者密不透風的地方，應該保持塔體與外墻的間距。              should not install a wall or airless places around, spacing should keep the tower body and the outer wall of the.

2.基礎應水平不能傾斜，冷卻塔中心垂直于地面，否則影響布水器及電機的工作。

3.應避免安裝在煤煙灰塵較多及有腐蝕的地方。塔頂部不能用氣焊，電焊及其他明火，以免發生火災。

4.配線應該按照設備技術標準及電力規范正確地進行電機的配線工作，使用適當的熱繼電器，交流接觸器，保險絲以及開關裝置。

5.應檢查點擊接線端子是否擰緊。即使只有一根電線松動，也會造成電機的單相運轉，以致燒壞電機。要十分小心。

6.啟動時先開水泵，后開風機，檢查風向，風晚上為正確。停止時先停風機后停水泵。

7.保持水塔內部清潔，定期做水質清除。

8.冷卻塔作為重要的冷卻設備，應有專人負責管理。

9.冷卻塔如有異常聲音應立即停機，進行全面檢查，直至排除故障。

10.每年至少應進行一次休機檢查和維護。維護前應切斷電源，并有專人看護電閘，以免發生意外。

11.電機保養按電機常規進行，電機保養應重視，不得馬虎。
