塔體：瓶型設計，減小阻力，玻璃鋼材質優良，色彩鮮艷，表面膠衣樹脂內含有抗紫外線劑，耐老化，強度高，重量輕，耐腐蝕。

填料：采用改性耐溫硬聚氯乙烯（PVC）波片高耐溫50℃，或聚丙烯（PP）高耐溫85℃。波片增加了凸筋，水的再分配能力強，空氣阻力減至較低，有效延長水循環與冷卻風在水塔內的接觸及熱交換時間。

布水器：利用水的反沖力自動旋轉布水器，布水器外殼由ABS或鋁合金制成，裝有不銹鋼球軸承，運轉靈活可靠，水頭低，不睡均勻。

風機：根據冷卻塔參數設計的低噪音，高效率風機。

電機：專為冷卻塔設計的低噪聲節能電機，密封性能好，耐高溫，效率高，噪聲小。

進風窗：裝有百葉網片，減少飄水，空氣阻力小，特別適合北方地區及全年都需要使用冷卻塔的設施及單位。

支架：所有風機、填料、進風窗、塔體等處鋼支架為裝配式，涂漆防腐或者熱鍍鋅處理。緊固件都采用鍍鋅螺栓

使用說明：

1.不應安裝在四周有外墻或者密不透風的地方，應該保持塔體與外墻的間距。              should not install a wall or airless places around, spacing should keep the tower body and the outer wall of the.

2.基礎應水平不能傾斜，冷卻塔中心垂直于地面，否則影響布水器及電機的工作。

3.應避免安裝在煤煙灰塵較多及有腐蝕的地方。塔頂部不能用氣焊，電焊及其他明火，以免發生火災。

4.配線應該按照設備技術標準及電力規范正確地進行電機的配線工作，使用適當的熱繼電器，交流接觸器，保險絲以及開關裝置。

5.應檢查點擊接線端子是否擰緊。即使只有一根電線松動，也會造成電機的單相運轉，以致燒壞電機。要十分小心。

6.啟動時先開水泵，后開風機，檢查風向，風晚上為正確。停止時先停風機后停水泵。

7.保持水塔內部清潔，定期做水質清除。

8.冷卻塔作為重要的冷卻設備，應有專人負責管理。

9.冷卻塔如有異常聲音應立即停機，進行全面檢查，直至排除故障。

10.每年至少應進行一次休機檢查和維護。維護前應切斷電源，并有專人看護電閘，以免發生意外。

11.電機保養按電機常規進行，電機保養應重視，不得馬虎。
