在現有工藝條件下,去除脫模布而對大梁表面不做處理,會影響后續大梁板與灌注樹脂的界面粘接性能。BYK-P 9912 是一款具有內脫模功能的加工助劑,可實現制品免打磨直接灌注膠接,而且在界面性能的表現得到了拉擠企業的認可。

BYK-P 9912 是一款改性的超支化高分子聚合物,其中與樹脂不相容的低極性基團分布于樹脂與模具界面,實現制品的脫模功能。而與樹脂具有一定相容性的中極性分子主鏈和高極性基團能夠實現與樹脂更好的相容的同時,還能與樹脂之間產生化學鍵合力,在超支化物理錨固和化學鍵合力的雙重作用下, 能夠被牢固的鎖定在樹脂體系內而不二次遷移。

不含PFAS的有機硅消泡劑,用于溶劑型與無溶劑型體系

全氟烷基與多氟烷基物質(PFAS)在日常生活中被廣泛用于不粘涂層、消防泡沫或油漆等產品。但是,目前PFAS被懷疑可能對健康有害,因此其使用在全球范圍內都越來越受到限制。

這兩款全新的消泡劑具有高效出色的自發消泡性能,即使低用量也可實現自發消泡,完全不含氟,但是消泡效果與含PFAS產品相當。該系列助劑可用于各類溶劑型及無溶劑型體系,應用領域廣泛。

 

BYK-081

不含氟的透明性佳消泡劑

BYK-081 適用于溶劑型和胺中和、水可還原體系。該助劑取代了以前的 BYK-80 A,從而達到了即使不使用含氟組分也能很好地降低表面張力。由于其良好的相容性,BYK-081 可用于UP體系、環氧樹脂體系和聚氨酯體系,特別是透明應用。另外,也適用于國際認可的食品接觸應用。

提高玻纖/碳纖潤濕性能的加工助劑

BYK-P 9920 是一款兼具消泡和浸潤效果的綜合型助劑,在少量添加下,一方面能降低環氧樹脂和聚氨酯的粘度;另一方面能有效降低體系的表面張力,加快樹脂在纖維表面的鋪展,即:降低接觸角,從而進一步提升樹脂對纖維的浸潤,消除因潤濕不良而造成的制品干紗,氣孔等缺陷。

BYK-P 9920 在解決大絲束碳纖維拉擠大梁纖維浸潤問題上同樣具有顯著的效果。由于24K,48K,50K等大絲束碳纖維集束性很強,纖維直徑比玻纖小,在滿足合理的生產節奏下,很難在短時間內實現較好的絲束間,特別是絲束內的纖維浸潤。添加 BYK-P 9920 后,能夠非常明顯地解決大絲束碳纖維的浸潤問題,提高成品率,降低綜合成本,是碳纖維拉擠企業的首選助劑產品。

降低自由基固化體系放熱峰的加工助劑

不飽和聚酯和乙烯基酯樹脂的自由基聚合通常是一種明顯的放熱反應,釋放的能量會產生極高的溫度,溫度過高會導致聚合物翹曲、脆化、開裂甚至熱分解,因此,我們開發了一款加工助劑,在不降低其他性能的情況下降低放熱峰。

 

由于溫度過高而開裂

1)在乙烯基樹脂體系的效果

 

添加1% BYK-P 9929 ,放熱峰從176°C降低到133°C。固化時間的延遲可以通過補加0.2%的鈷促進劑消除影響,而且不會使放熱峰升高。

2)在鄰苯不飽和聚酯中的效果

 

BYK-P 9929 可降低鈷促進樹脂體系使用不同過氧化物固化劑的放熱峰。

3)在胺促進BPO固化體系的效果

 

BYK-P 9929 降低了胺促進體系原子灰樹脂的放熱峰。

除了可以降低系統的放熱峰外,BYK-P 9929 還有眾多優異性能,包括對力學性能影響很小,對產品固化沒有影響,液體易于混合,在樹脂中貯存穩定等。

中等極性液體流變添加劑

適用于溶劑型無溶劑涂料體系以及PVC塑料溶膠和室溫固化樹脂系統,還適用于紫外線固化系統,如CIPP, 助劑產生很高的觸變性性,從而改善抗流掛性和抗沉降性能??梢赃M行后期添加

對于 CIPP 應用

與固體流變劑相比,提高了紫外光固化的效率

取代傳統增稠產品,可恢復的增稠行為,CIPP 在固化前的保質期比 MgO 增稠系統更長

據范雷平先生介紹,高性能先進復合材料領域的發展主要集中在碳纖維復合材料的應用,輕量化,長使用壽命等方面。綠色,可循環使用的復材主要在可回收,比如熱塑型復材,可降解材料包括生物降解,化學降解。這都將是復材重點關注的方向。除此之外,低毒無毒溶劑乃至無溶劑的樹脂及預浸料產品,采用低能耗及低廢棄物產生量的復合材料也是重點關注的方面。
